Our facility utilizes advanced diagnostic tools and testing rigs to identify microscopic metallurgical fatigue, internal corrosion, and structural weaknesses that are invisible to the naked eye.
The Process

- De-gassing & Cleaning: Safe evacuation of residual gas and internal cleaning.
- Visual & Endoscopic Inspection: Checking for exterior damage and interior corrosion.
- Wall Thickness Measurement: Ultrasonic thickness gauging.
- Hydrostatic Stretch Testing: Pressurizing the cylinder to verify elasticity limits.
- Certification: Issuance of compliance certificates and punching of the test date.
